Terms of Use
TRP aims to elevate physical, wellness, and emotional wellness for all including productivity levels of healthy individuals. Our services should not be used as a replacement to therapy, counselling sessions, any form of medication, clinical-related services, and professional mental health services. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical, mental, and emotional illness or any psychological disorders whether it has been diagnosed or yet to be diagnosed by a professional.
TRP provides consultations, mentoring sessions, and coaching via propriety frameworks in regards to productivity and wellness. The approach and methodology we used are based on certified resources and research that involves sleep, nutrition, and fitness. TRP uses sound healing and essential oil in some of our classes where they are proven effective and backed up by science.
"TRP shall not be liable to me and my beneficiaries for any loss, claim, costs, expenses or damages arising out of or in connection with my use of and/or reliance of the services, whether arising from the negligence, default, act or omission of TRP and/or its partners and their respective employees, instructors, and vendors.
I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless TRP and/or its partners, and their respective employees, instructors and vendors from any liability, loss, damage, claim, cost, expense or damages that TRP may suffer or incur as a result of, in connection with or arising out of my participation in any workshops, classes, sessions, or events by TRP, and/or use of the services.
By creating an account and proceeding to use TRP services, these terms and conditions will both govern my use of the services and form part of the contract between myself and TRP."
Privacy Policy
TRP abides by the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 ('The Act') which requires us to inform you of your rights in respect of your personal data that is being processed or that is being collected and further processed by us and the purposes for the data processing. The Act also requires us to obtain your consent to the collection and processing of your data that enables us to perform, analyse and improve our services, offer our services and communicate with you. we will use this data to provide you with the services requested, to maintain our records and/or to send you relevant information.
"Any information shared with TRP instructors verbally or in writing are only accessible internally within the TRP team and is bound by duties of confidentiality with respect to your personal data. All interactions including testimonials, verbal exchange, emails, Instagram direct messages, and forms of communication are to be kept private by TRP. Should TRP require any of my information, TRP will request for my consent and approval before using it as part of their marketing material.
By signing up to any of TRP's services and events, I hereby consent for my personal data (including sensitive data) to be collected and processed, and confirm that I agree to TRP's Privacy Policy. All the information provided here by me is correct."
